Deron Campbell, a 42-year-old Jamaican national, is set to be deported after all charges against him were dropped in court on Wednesday at his employer’s request.
Campbell had faced serious accusations of stabbing his employer and holding his family hostage at knifepoint. With the charges withdrawn, authorities issued an immediate deportation order, marking a swift end to the legal proceedings.
