Alleged robber of Bailey’s in October remanded to Prison

For aggravated robbery and unauthorized possession of a firearm, Tristan Armstrong has been remanded in prison at Her Majesty’s Prison (HMP).
He is due back in court for a commitment on February 23, 2022.
The charges stem from an incident on July 14, 2021, at Willkie’s, in which he allegedly robbed a cab driver of an undisclosed amount of EC and US dollars, as well as his vehicle.
The abandoned car was eventually discovered by the police near Pot Works Dam.
Armstrong was previously accused in connection with an alleged robbery that occurred on October 27, 2021, at Bailey’s Supermarket in Falmouth.
He is awaiting the matter’s sentencing hearing, which is scheduled for February 23rd, 2022.
