A new Hotel intended to be built in Antigua

Lionel Max Hurst, the Chief of Staff for the Prime Minister’s Office, says a new hotel is in the works for Antigua, and he is hopeful that the project will get off the ground.

This new hotel project is being spearheaded by a new Antigua and Barbuda resident. According to Max Hurst, this investor was granted citizenship under the CIP program.

“He has gathered a group of wealthy individuals.”

“Through these investors, enough resources were obtained to finance the construction of a new hotel and a conference centre,” he says.

The government of Antigua and Barbuda anticipates that this project investment will be achieved based on the new citizens’ credibility, which the current administration is aware of.

Max Hurst went on to say that this city has a large network of investors with whom he can place his trust to carry out his vision for the new development.

The investor for this new project has requested that the government keep their identity hidden until they arrive in Antigua, and a press conference has been scheduled to provide additional information about the project’s ambition.

“At this news conference, the investor will then go into further detail about what they aim to accomplish,” the Chief of Staff added.

This project is anticipated to begin in the not-too-distant future, with the potential to boost economic activity in Antigua and Barbuda.
