An All Saints resident is in police custody being interrogated in connection with a robbery that occurred at the All Saints Service Station on Saturday, June 28.
Reports are that around 11:25 am an unknown male who was armed with a gun, entered the service station and robbed the pump attendants of an undisclosed sum of money. A single gunshot was discharged during the incident, but no injuries were reported.
The suspect, who described as being approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with a fair complexion, and dressed in a black hoodie and black long pants, then fled the scene on foot in an easterly direction toward the Mock Pond area.
The police sprang into action and investigations were conducted which later led to the suspect being apprehended.
He is currently assisting investigators with their inquiries and anyone with information related to this incident is being urged to contact the All Saints Police Station at 460-1000 or the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913.
