The Ministry of ICTs has provided the new forensic lab of the Royal Antigua and Barbuda Police Force with a secured cloud infrastructure.
This new and secure storage will allow the new mathbek machine to store analyzed and unknown compounds (finger prints) and provide a graft of the elements as well.
A determination of the analyzed compound is then done which compares it to a library of finger prints that are on the system. After the analysis is done it is then saved in the library and compared.
The benefits of cloud technology will enable the lab to be flexible with sharing real time data with all appropriate authorities working on future cases.
