“It has come to my attention that person/persons unknown to me have been making verbal representation via telephone to various members of the business community representing that they are Melford Nicholas”.
Regrettably, some business persons may have fallen prey to this fraudulent representation.
“I am therefore using this medium to notify and advise all persons in the business community that they should engage any future representation with suspicion and scrutiny with the prior knowledge that I am hereby disclosing that I have not authorized any such solicitation on my behalf”.
It has never been my practice, it is not my way, so please therefore be guided accordingly.
