XPZ’s Inferno under Critical Analysis

At the break of day, a “well known” Chinese operated supermarket to include a surrounded building was engulfed and decimated by fire.

On June 1, Emergency Responders hastened to the scene of a fire located on the Sir Sydney Wallings Highway as XPZ Supermarket which is mainly constructed with galvanize was melting away by what bystanders identified as “fire and smoke being expelled out of the building.”

Fire Chief, Elvin Weaver in speaking with State Media identified the fire as suspicious.

Although it is still too early to determine the cause of the fire, Weaver explains why he came to that conclusion.

“Most of the supermarket has collapsed inwards, it was just an inferno when we got there.”

“ One other building which is about two buildings away from the supermarket looks to me like some of the people use to sleep there,” he added stating that, “its a building divided into 14 small rooms.”

“Most of the rooms were burnt out so the buildings cannot be used now,” Fire Chief added.

“The blaze looks very suspicious, because when you have the supermarket burning then two buildings away you have another building burning, it is cause for suspicion.”

There were no reports of injuries according to Superintendent, Rohan Rodney, however, the press was informed by the management of XPZ Supermarket that they were concerned because one of their Chinese workers had not been seen since the fire destruction.

“Nobody knows what happened and we do not want to guess the bad way,” the Supermarket Manager identified as David, told state media.
