There were wins for Antigua Grammar School (AGS), Princess Margaret School (PMS), Jennings Secondary School (JSS) and All Saints Secondary School (ASSS) in the Boys’ Under-16 Division of the Cool & Smooth/Joma Caribbean Schools Football Competition on Monday.
Led by strikes from Tafari Parker in the 37th minute and Keisani Dalso in the 58th, AGS enjoyed a two-nil triumph over St Joseph’s Academy (SJA) as league play in the highly competitive division continued at venues across the country.

For PMS, Shumba Thomas led with a hattrick, striking in minutes four, eight and 48 while Allister Nibbs recorded a double, netting in the 24th and 26th minutes as they dominated the Ottos Comprehensive School (OCS) 6-0. An own goal by OCS’ Kaleel Lawrence, who inadvertently put the ball into the back of his own net, accounted for PMS’ other strike.
Jennings Secondary enjoyed a 2-0 triumph over Pares Secondary School (PSS) with strikes from Keadon Satchell in the 11th and Dante Griffth in the 69th.
In the other match contested, ASSS hammered St Mary’s Secondary School (SMSS) 5-0. There were double strikes form Aaron Marie (15, 52) and Kymani Benjamin (39, 45). Kemari Brodie scored the other goal with a 59th minute strike.
