On Sunday, September 7th, 2025, the Caribbean Radio Lighthouse will be celebrating 50 years of broadcasting the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Eastern Caribbean.
What began as an AM only station has grown to AM, FM and online streaming. The Caribbean Radio Lighthouse has played a crucial role in the lives of Antiguans and listeners throughout the Eastern Caribbean.
The Radio Lighthouse has cared for the physical safety of listeners by providing healthy living and lifestyle interviews to airing up-to-date storm information.
On more than one occasion the Radio Lighthouse received recognition for being the only station to remain on the air giving updates during a storm.
Caribbean Radio Lighthouse was voted “Radio Station Of The Year” in 2022 by ABGMA and “Gospel Station Of The Year” for multiple years.
The lighthouse logo symbolizes C.R.L.’s efforts to lead lost souls to safe harbour in Jesus Christ.
More important than the physical safety is the spiritual guidance from the programs and music which help to focus the listener’s mind and heart on God’s Word.
Over the past 5 decades there have been many changes in technology and personnel, but the Radio Lighthouse has provided a consistent foundation based on the Word of God.
The Caribbean Radio Lighthouse broadcasts 24 hours a day on 1160AM, 92.3FM, and online at www.RadioLighthouse.org.

To celebrate this milestone, the Caribbean Radio Lighthouse will be hosting a free church service at the Royalton Antigua Resort located in Five Islands at 10:00 AM on Sunday, September 7th. Evangelist Dr. Steve Pettit, a broadcaster on C.R.L’s “The Daily Platform” program, will be preaching the special message, and special music will be led by Pastor Kevin Inafuku. All are invited to attend the service, which will include songs of praise to the Lord, testimonies from listeners, highlights from the past 50 years, music, preaching, and gifts.
