FSRC Issues Warning: Unlicensed Digital Cryptocurrency Bank Operating in Antigua and Barbuda

The Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) of Antigua and Barbuda is warning the public that “Digital Cryptocurrency Bank” (also trading as DCB) is not licensed to operate in or from the country.

According to the FSRC, DCB has never been incorporated under Antigua and Barbuda’s International Business Corporation Act, nor has it been granted a license under the International Banking Act to conduct international banking.

The unlicensed entity lists its website as https://dcb-banking.com, with contact emails at help@dcb-bank.info, and phone numbers +1 (680) 226-7970 and +1 (680) 227-2799 for customer and wire transfer support.

“All statements or representations by DCB claiming lawful registration or licensing by the FSRC to operate in any jurisdiction are false,” the Commission stated.

A list of licensed international banks in Antigua and Barbuda is available at www.fsrc.gov.ag.
