A local spa was the target of a break-in over the weekend, with the business owner discovering the incident when she returned to check on her property.
The 24-year-old business owner reported that the incident occurred sometime between July 26th and 28th, 2025, according to police sources.
The owner said she secured the premises around 4:30pm on July 26th before leaving for the weekend. When she returned two days later, she discovered that someone had gained entry to the building.
According to the report, the intruder or intruders broke in through an eastern window, using what appeared to be a hard object to smash the glass. The perpetrators then entered through the broken window and searched the building, leaving it in disarray.
The business owner carried out an extensive search of the premises, but reported subsequently that nothing appeared to have been stolen from the spa.
