Potter’s man hospitalized with life-threatening injuries

A 31-year-old resident of Potters is currently hospitalized at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, nursing life-threatening injuries.

It was reported that around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 20, Josh Charles was walking along Burlin Main Road in Potters Extension when an unknown assailant sprayed him with a hazardous substance.

He suffered severe injuries to multiple areas of his body, including his face, eyes, chest, back, arms, and legs, and he is reported to be in critical condition.

The police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the perpetrator to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or call the Crimestoppers Hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).
