In school’s basketball action held on Thursday at the JSC Sports Complex, St Joseph’s Academy and Antigua Grammar School were victorious in their respective divisions.
St. Joseph’s Academy dominated their Mini Boys encounter against Clare Hall Secondary, securing a convincing 34-9 win. Erije Joseph led the scoring with 15 points for St. Joseph’s, while Dante Richards contributed 7 points for Clare Hall.
The Senior Boys division saw a more competitive matchup, with Antigua Grammar School edging Princess Margaret School 51-46 in a closely contested game. Raheem Sawyer paced AGS with 15 points, while PMS’ effort was led by Gabriel De Suza with 16 points and Tyrese White who added 13 points.
