Our local bakers claimed the prestigious Tropical Paradise Tier Cake category with their stunning “Beauty beyond the Horizon” creation at the Caribbean Baking Awards.
While Team Hibiscus Sweets VI from USVI took the overall championship and two other categories, Antigua’s culinary artists proved they rank among the region’s finest.
The competition showcased Caribbean baking excellence with winners from across the region, including BVI’s Team Bombshell winning Cultural Heritage and Dominica’s Team Donmnik Dou taking the Island Spice Cupcake category.
