The Antigua and Barbuda Intellectual Property and Commerce Office (ABIPCO) has expressed deep sorrow at the passing of its former Deputy Registrar, Carden Conliffe Clarke.
Mr. Clarke, a respected legal professional, served ABIPCO for several years and played a crucial role in intellectual property law.
He was also an attorney-at-law, magistrate, and copyright expert, supporting artists and the creative sector through his work with the Eastern Caribbean Copyright Organisation (ECCO).
Remembered for his kindness and dedication, ABIPCO stated, “Mr. Clarke’s wisdom, warmth, and infectious smile made the workplace brighter.
His legacy lives on through the lives he touched and the work he championed.”
