Antigua and Barbuda Intellectual Property and Commerce Office Mourns the Passing of Former Deputy Registrar Conliffe Carden Clarke

The Antigua and Barbuda Intellectual Property and Commerce Office (ABIPCO) has expressed deep sorrow at the passing of its former Deputy Registrar, Carden Conliffe Clarke.

Mr. Clarke, a respected legal professional, served ABIPCO for several years and played a crucial role in intellectual property law.

He was also an attorney-at-law, magistrate, and copyright expert, supporting artists and the creative sector through his work with the Eastern Caribbean Copyright Organisation (ECCO).
