An initiative in the form of a one-day master-class, will be launched on February 20 in Antigua and Barbuda, aimed at addressing the often-overlooked challenges of postpartum life, thereby offering mothers a comprehensive approach to physical, emotional and mental wellness.
The Snapback Challenge, created by Dr Saran King, commented on support needed by mothers throughout the entire journey from conception to delivery and thereafter. Recognising their busy schedules, mothers and interested parties can access the class in a one-day format, which will replace the traditional three-day program.
