NDC HAS HIT THE GROUND RUNNING

Grenada – Meanwhile in Grenada there seems to be mixed reaction in the constituency of St. David The National Democratic Congress representative Adrian Thomas has stepped down according to a release from the party to accommodate the new leader.

Dickon Mitchell the newly elected Political Leader of the party will be contesting the St David constituency in the upcoming General Elections, following the resignation of Adrian Thomas who was the candidate for the party in the 2013 and 2018 General Elections.

In a release from the party, it indicated that “As part of the process of beginning the selection of candidates to contest the next general election, the NDC is pleased to announce that the current caretaker for St David has stepped down as the caretaker in light of the expressed interest of the Political Leader to contest the St David Seat.”

In getting reviews from people in the virgin parish on this recent development they had mixed reaction, some are requesting change event if its some “cent” while others are saying we know what we have but we don’t know what we will get.

Time alone will tell, who will be the last man standing in the parish after Grenada’s constitutionally due general election.

Oliver Joseph is the present New National Party parliamentary representative for the area, some people said he did not do anything and is willing to give the new NDC leader Dickon Mitchell a chance, we are tired of the same “ole” they said.
