Former Education Minister Michael Browne will make his second appearance in the All Saints Magistrate’s court on March 23 for his committal hearing.

The Magistrate then accepted the application setting his bail at $15,000 with a $6000 of cash component.
He had provide two Antiguan sureties, surrender his diplomatic and Antiguan passports and report to a police station three times a week.
