ANTIGUAN CHARGED WITH MURDER IN CANADA

An Antiguan man has been charged with the murder of an elderly woman in Canada.

The Toronto Police Service is alleging 40-year old Damien Allred killed 75-year-old Teresa Santos of Toronto.

The woman who reportedly used a walker to move around, was last seen alive August 8.

She was found dead in her apartment at a building on 24 Shaw Street last Tuesday night.

Allred reportedly lives in the same building with his girlfriend and three children.

He was charged with second-degree murder today and is scheduled to make his first court appearance tomorrow.
