POLICE OFFICERS IN QUARANTINE AFTER CO-WORKER TESTS POSITIVE FOR COVID19

About eight members of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda have been quarantined at home after a work colleague recently tested positive for COVID-19.

The decision was taken by the Police Force and Health Ministry Officials after the police officer tested positive upon arrival in St Vincent and Grenadines.

As per protocol the officers who may have had close interactions with the officer have been quarantined. An inside source tells us the quarantined officers are scheduled to be tested this weekend.

Trumpet News will bring you further details in a later newscast.
