A Dominican man in his early 50s is nursing serious injuries after he was reportedly stabbed during an altercation with another man in Villa.
Reports indicate that the victim sustained three potentially life-threatening stab wounds to his chest during the incident.
He was transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he remains warded in the Intensive Care Unit.
The other man involved, who is reportedly in his 30s, also sustained injuries, including a broken arm. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The circumstances surrounding the altercation remain unclear.
Police are investigating the incident.
