On Sunday, March 1, officers from the Narcotics Department, in coordination with the K-9 Unit and Customs Enforcement Unit, executed a well-planned operation at the airport. They recovered one black suitcase and one green suitcase containing a total of nineteen (19) sealed packages of cannabis.

A 38-year-old Jamaican man has been arrested and is currently in custody as part of an ongoing investigation.

He is anticipated to be charged and presented in court.
