Police are now on the scene of a shooting on a farm off the Pares Main Road, in which two men were shot and injured shortly before 8pm Thursday evening. The men were reportedly working on a farm in the area when they were attacked.
One of the men is in his mid-50s and was reportedly shot three times in the back. The other man, in his 30s, was reportedly shot in the face, close ro his mouth.
Both were rushed to hospital where they are receiving treatment. They are reportedly in serious condition.
A motive for the double shooting has not yet been ascertained.
