ST.Vincent: Logos Hope docks at Campden Park port today

St. Vincent and the Grenadines is set to welcome a unique maritime literary experience as the world’s largest floating book fair, Logos Hope, docks at the Campden Park Container Port from December 4 to 14, offering residents an extraordinary opportunity to explore thousands of books from around the globe.

The vessel, operated by GBA Ships E.V., an international charitable organization based in Germany, will bring an impressive collection of 5,000 different book titles spanning diverse subjects.

Visitors can expect an extensive range of reading materials, including science, sports, cooking, medicine, languages, children’s books, academic texts, dictionaries, and religious publications.

Book lovers and knowledge seekers will have ample opportunity to explore the floating library, with operating hours scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

An additional entry fee of XCD $3 will be required for those wishing to browse and purchase books.
