ACB Caribbean Apologises for ATM Disruptions, Announces Extended Banking Hours in Antigua

We acknowledge the ongoing challenges many of you have experienced with our ATM services, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. The level of downtime you’ve encountered is not acceptable, and we take full responsibility.

To address this, ACB Caribbean has invested in a new fleet of Smart ATMs, which are already in Antigua & Barbuda and are currently undergoing final testing. While this process has taken longer than expected due to technical and logistical factors, we are committed to deploying these upgraded machines as quickly and safely as possible.

To ensure continued access to cash and banking services, we are implementing the following temporary measures:

Extended Opening Hours at all branches in Antigua

  • Monday to Friday: Now closing at 3:00 PM

Saturday Banking Now Available at our Village Walk branch:

  • Starting Saturday, July 12, 2025: Open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon for teller transactions only.

These revised hours will remain in effect until further notice.

We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to improve your banking experience. Our team is fully committed to restoring the reliability you expect and deserve.
