The Antigua & Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) has named a 20-man national under-17 boys football team ahead of the upcoming CONCACAF Under-17 Qualifiers scheduled to run from February 7-16 at the Estadio Cementos Progreso in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
The squad consists of goalkeepers Gavin Gonsalves, Erick Moreta and Micah Archibald. Also named are defenders Jaeden Browne, Seth Layne, Brandon Satchell, Joshua Roach, Cody Richardson, Marlon Peters and Najontae Wijnaldum. Midfielders Zidaan Williams, Jermarion Edwards, Vaughn Jackson, Marco Michael, Samuel Brazier, Jaquon Watts, Brenden Skilling and Silence Manyaka are also included with forwards Greg Williamsand Adonai Lee-Francis rounding off the selections.
In addition to coaches Auckland Jarvis and Gayson Gregory, the rest of the coaching and management staff includes Janeil Simon (goalkeeper coach), Coull Graham (trainer), Mc Lean Lawrence (physiotherapist), Lakeisha Samuel (equipment manager) and Salim Browne (manager).
Team Antigua and Barbuda are set to travel on February 9 ahead of their first scheduled game on February 11 against hosts Guatemala at 8pm.
