Senator Rawdon Turner Leads Rebuilding Effort After Parham Town Fire

In the wake of a devastating fire that destroyed the home of a family of 11 in Parham Town, Senator Rawdon Turner, ABLP Caretaker for St. Peter, has spearheaded a rebuilding initiative to offer the family a fresh start.

Inspired by Nehemiah 2:20, Turner expressed hope and gratitude, saying, “The God of heaven will give us success. We his servants will start rebuilding.” Thanks to the community’s generous support, the foundation and floor of the new home have been laid.

Turner commended the outpouring of donations, volunteer efforts, and prayers, turning a tragedy into a beacon of hope. “While the flames took their home, your generosity is helping restore what was lost,” he noted, highlighting that the community’s efforts are providing more than just a house—they’re offering a future full of faith and promise.

As rebuilding progresses, Turner extended his heartfelt thanks, stating, “May God bless each of you as we continue this journey of rebuilding and renewal.” The family now has a chance to rebuild their lives, thanks to the collective support from Parham Town and beyond.
