Leon Norville joins Observer Media Team after leaving ABS

Observer Media – Today April 1, the Observer family officially welcomes Leon Norville to the news, sports and current affairs department of our organisation.

Norville will assume the role of Social Media and Web Coordinator/Reporter and will work along with senior management to help drive Observer’s continued transformation across all areas, with a special focus on social media and new media.

Norville is 30 years old and is a graduate of Grambling State University in Louisiana, with a BA in Mass Communication and Theatre Arts. He has been in media for the last five years with his first stint at ABS Television/Radio from 2017 to 2021 as a television news reporter.

Norville is passionate about working and mentoring young people and is a member of several youth organisations including Junior Chamber International Antigua where he currently serves as the Junior Chamber Youth (JCY) Liaison Officer, Commonwealth Youth Council-Director of Communications 2020-2021 and the National Youth Council of Antigua and Barbuda.

His motto in life is “Success is determined by how determined you are to succeed.”

Observer’s management and staff are looking forward to working with Leon Norville who we know will be a valuable member of our hard-working team.
