Bankers Association announce Reduced Operating Hours

All Commercial Banks as of today will have reduced operating hours today. In a release issued by the Antigua and Barbuda Bankers Association. 

The advised the public that Commercial Banks will be adjusting their hours of operation as of today Monday 22 February 2021 from 8 am to 12:30 pm until further notice.

The Association also encourage customers of the various Commercial Bank to take advantage of the alternative banking services such as ATMs, Debit and Credit Cards, Night Deposit facilities, Online and Mobile banking, Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT) and International wire via online or mobile application only to avoid visit the Bank.

The Association further reminded the public to strictly adhere to the Covid-19 safety protocols in an effort to stop the spread of the deadly virus.    

It was only last week when several Banks had to close various branches due to Covid -19 exposure at the institution. Antigua and Barbuda now have 367 active cases as of today with 40 of those active cases Hospitalized.
