35 year old Shawn Mussington of St John’s Street has been charged for the murder of 45 year old Simone Whyte. Mussington is expected to make his first court appearance this morning.
Whyte a hairstylist from Jamaica who would have celebrated he 46th birthday on Tuesday was killed last Saturday evening during during an alleged knife attack by Mussington in St John’s.
A Candlelight vigil is expected to be held in her memory this evening
