Once PMS gets the green light, this year’s graduation exercises will be spectacular, promises Principal Greene

Plans are in high gear for this year’s graduation exercises at the Princess Margaret Secondary School (PMS), and Principal Dr. Colin Greene says it will be a spectacle to behold – once the go-ahead is given.

Princess Margaret Secondary is known for its larger-than-life staging of various events, including its Sports Day activities.

The school normally hosts its graduation in early December, and Greene says that planning has begun for the ceremony, even as it awaits the final approvals from education and health officials.

While many regional and international educational bodies conducted their graduations virtually, or via a drive-through venture, Greene was tightlipped about what format the school’s ceremony will take this year.

The COVID-19 pandemic prevented a number of other schools that would stage graduations in June/July from doing so, as the country was just coming out of a partial lockdown.
