James is an Award-winning software engineer, marketing technology specialist and innovation advocate. James leads teams of developers and designers to craft solutions that transform businesses and serve communities.

Canice has led teams to win international UN hackathons and served as a Youth Envoy for the International Telecommunication Union’s Generation Connect, where he represented Caribbean youth on global technology panels and conferences. He was one of only 11 people from the Caribbean selected for UNLEASH — the world’s largest innovation lab for the UN Sustainable Development Goals and is one of two Antiguans chosen for the 2026 Young Leaders of the Americas programme.

As founder and managing director of Cyber Hawk, Canice has spent seven years building a software development agency that turns ambitious ideas into real digital products. Their clients and projects span leading Caribbean law firms, US-based aerospace repair companies, government agencies and chemical laboratories – crafting enterprise-grade platforms and information systems that help businesses innovate at the highest level. Earlier this year, Cyber Hawk was the development partner behind the launch of MIRA HR — a job recruiting platform that has since surpassed 500 users and helped place dozens of people in employment.

His mission is to build a thriving software and innovation industry in Antigua and Barbuda, filled with world-class talent and digital products that compete on the global stage.

Don’t miss Canice’s presentation at ABWU’s Youth Congress 2026.
