— 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐲, 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 $𝟏𝟓𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐥
Michael Rambaran, age 24, was arrested by Police ranks for Inflecting Grievous Bodily Harm, committed on 45-year-old Akbar Hussain on 30/05/2025, at Vigilance, East Coast Demerara. The accused, who appeared in Court on Monday (June 16, 2025) to answer the charge, was granted bail.
Rambaran appeared at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court before Senior Magistrate Sunil Scarce, where the charge was read to him. He pleaded ‘not guilty’ and was subsequently granted bail in the sum of G$150,000.
