Junior Minister in the Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment, and Civil Service Affairs, Michael Joseph, recently had the privilege of addressing the students of Newfield Primary School, sharing an uplifting message about the importance of environmental stewardship and community health.
During his visit, Minister Joseph highlighted the critical roles played by the Ministry of Health & The Environment and the National Solid Waste Management Authority in maintaining a clean and healthy Antigua and Barbuda. He encouraged the students to embrace responsibility for their surroundings and to be proactive in making environmentally conscious decisions.
The session was marked by enthusiastic interactions, thoughtful questions, and a warm reception from the students. Minister Joseph expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, stating:
