La-Shanti Cooper is set to appear in the High Court, facing charges related to the tragic death of 18-year-old Keane Gregoire from Nut Grove.
Prosecutors allege she was speeding or driving dangerously at the time of the accident.
The case will be heard during the January Assizes. Cooper, the daughter of a police officer, is accused of unlawfully driving the vehicle involved in the crash that took Keane’s life, leaving family and friends mourning his loss.
