The Government continues to vigorously push back against what it calls βfrivolous lawsuitsβ over the sale of the Alfa Nero superyacht.
It has released additional documents to reinforce its stance that the process was fully transparent and above board.
Among the documents is the βAbsolute Bill of Saleβ signed by Notary Public, Arthur Thomas, showing the vessel was sold in July, 2024 for US$40 million.
