Cabinet Expands HAPPI Programme with Cash Grant to Aid Displaced Low-Income Families

CABINET NOTES: In light of the disasters suffered by several low-income families, including fires that destroy their homes, the Cabinet has agreed to strengthen the HAPPI Programme by providing a cash grant that would enlarge its capability to help those who are unable to provide for themselves.
