National player Keroi Lee sank a game-high of 27 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in a sterling double-double performance as league title hopefuls Potters Steelers made light work of Lava Smoke Shop Warriors in Division 1 of the Antigua and Barbuda Basketball Competition at the the JSC basketball complex on Saturday night.
Lee shot 92 percent from two-point range on 13 of 14 shooting in his almost 29 minutes on the court to help Steelers keep their unbeaten run intact. Lee had help from Kareem Edwards with 21 points and 12 rebounds, while Devorn Benjamin had 19 points in the winning effort. Darnell Azille contributed with 18 points and 14 rebounds off the bench with Cohen DeSouza picking up 13 points and five rebounds.
In a losing effort, Kebo Orford hit 26 points and grabbed six rebounds. He was assisted by Lincoln Weekes who sank 21 points while Kyle Alexanderpicked up 11 points and 13 rebounds.

In the other game contested Saturday night, defending champions Flyers Basketball easily dispatched All Saints Slam by a 96-54 margin.
Adonis Humphreys was on fire for the victors, sinking a game-high of 28 points while also grabbing 19 rebounds. The national player enjoyed a 75 percent accuracy from two-point range on 14 of 17 shooting.
Xavier Meade was also on point for Flyers with 20 points and eight rebounds while David Hernandez contributed with 13 points off the bench. Javonte Daley added 10 points and nine rebounds to the winning effort.
For Slam, Humroy Wright top-scored with 26 points while grabbing four rebounds. Keaddy Martin picked up 10 points and seven rebounds.
