A duly qualified psychologist, Dr. Hill obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and has been a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania since 1979. He holds Fellowship and Diplomate status with the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists and Psychodiagnosticians and is an accredited Senior Disability Analyst with the American Board of Disability Analysts.
