On Saturday the 1st of Feb, 2025 at approx 10.50 am, Ms Ananya Prasad arrived at the shores of Antigua on her vessel Atlantic Odyssey.
She has made a record of being the first female solo rower of color to have completed the World’s Toughest Row Challenge, 2024 across the Atlantic.
Honorary Consul of India Vijay Tewani along with members of the Indian Diaspora were there to welcome her. Mr. Tewani said ” It is a proud moment for all of us to witness this historical achievement as we welcome Ms. Ananya Prasad to Antiguan Shores.
