GOVERNMENT INTENSIFIES PREPARATIONS FOR TRANSITION TO METRIC SYSTEM
Plans are afoot for the metric system of measurement to be fully implemented across the Government sector within 12 months.
Permanent Secretary in the Trade Ministry, Ambassador Clarence Pilgrim says the initiative is being spearheaded by the Antigua and Barbuda Bureau of Standards.
