Swane Gore from Green Bay has been sentenced to prison following serious charges, including unlawful possession of a .38 firearm and shooting with intent to murder.
The incident occurred on the morning of September 14 in Perry Bay, where Gore reportedly fired two shots at an individual, though fortunately, no injuries were reported.
His attorney, Wayne Benjamin Marsh, plans to apply for bail in the high court and highlighted the necessity for police to share any relevant information that could influence the magistrate’s ruling.
The case has been adjourned, with the next hearing scheduled for December 11.
