General Secretary of the United Progressive Party, Senator Sean Nicholas says the party is encouraged by the results of several recently conducted polls.
She said this has been done in several of the 16 constituencies that the party will be contesting in the next general election.
Nicholas added that like in every other organization there will be differences of opinions but maintains that the UPP is a united front.
Meanwhile, ahead of its campaign launch later today, January 27 at Potters playing field, the United Progressive Party unveiled its campaign website along with its new logo and tagline during a media briefing on January 26.
UPP Executive member, Dr Jacquie Quinn says the new features, especially the website will give the public easier access to the candidates.
