39 New Laboratory Confirmed COVID-19 Cases in Antigua and Barbuda

The most recent reports received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John’s Medical Centre (MSJMC) and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) have revealed thirty-nine (39) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Saturday 20th March 2021 at 6pm.

These new cases were as a result of ninety-nine (99) samples processed by MSJMC and one hundred and forty (140) processed by CARPHA.

Sixteen (16) recovered cases have been recorded bringing the total to seven hundred and one (701).

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is one thousand and seventy-two (1072); which is inclusive of three hundred and forty-three (343) active cases.

Meanwhile, the total number of individuals vaccinated remains at twenty five thousand six hundred and seventy-seven (25,677).

The dashboard has been updated to reflect these changes.
