Principal of the Princess Margaret Secondary School (PMS) Dr. Colin Greene says he will be writing to parents as he seeks to address the issue of students not conforming to the school’s dress code.
Greene, who was speaking on the Good Morning Sass Show, was addressing the concerns of some persons that the uniform skirts are getting shorter and tighter, and that the boys seem to be wearing leggings – a reference to the fact that their pants are very close fitting.
The Principal says that the non-compliance, by students, of not adhering to the dress code begins at the home level.
He says it has been an ongoing fight with students to get them to abide with the dress code.
Greene says that parents will be notified by way of letter today (Wednesday, October 14) the steps which the administration plans to take in order to address this issue.
